This Oct 5 2024 update on Hurricane Helene and its effect on North Carolina shows how aid, at all levels, has been deliberately denied.
But the Deep State is continuing to use its weather wars technology.
Directed Energy weapons were used to destroy Lahaina in Hawaii. There was a major loss of life there, and the same is true of Hurricane Helene – not only in North Carolina, but throughout the several states the hurricane was steered across.
Now, a second major hurricane, Hurricane Milton, is due to hit Florida on October 9. Storm surges could be as much as 9ft.

That video explains why the Deep State steered a killer Hurricane across the Appalachians -= they want to bulldoze those towns into oblivion so they can mine the huge underground quantities of lithium (for batteries) and quartz (for computer chips).
They also targeted conservative (red) states to prevent people voting for Trump in the upcoming presidential election.
