Former president (lower case) Obama tops the list today.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has said Obama manufactured the Russia Russia Russia hoax, and the evidence she has clearly shows that what Obama did (in his efforts to destroy President Trump) amounts to treason.

And yet President Trump has said Obama has immunity – presumably because of a SCOTUS ruling that protects presidents from being charged for certain things they did while in office.

I seriously questioned Trump’s statement that Obama had immunity, and found this in my research :-

Federal Statute of Limitations for Treason

“Under federal law, there is no statute of limitations for the crime of treason. The legal basis for this rule is found in 18 U.S.C. Section 3281, which explicitly states that an indictment for any offense “punishable by death” may be brought at any time without limitation.

“Treason is classified as a capital offense, meaning the death penalty is a possible punishment. This classification automatically removes any time limit for prosecution. Even if prosecutors decide not to seek the death penalty in a specific case, the fact that the crime is statutorily eligible for it is what matters.”

However, first things first, the DOJ must charge Obama and have him arrested, which is certainly widely expected. One source (Michael Jaco) suggests the arrest could be on August 4, which is Obama’s birthday, although none of us know the date for sure.

Nevertheless, how likely is it that Obama would be tried in a US civilian court, be found guilty, and sentenced to death?

Most unlikely indeed.

After all, the Deep State and it’s fake presidents (Obama and Biden) have had years to stack the whole country with attorneys general and judges who have shown themselves to favor illegals and let them off while sending innocent people (J6 participants for instance) to prison.

Having listened to various discussions between many people I trust (Jaco, Bosi, McKay, Derek Johnson, the Redacted couple for example) I’ve learned that there is another and most likely way to deal with Obama’s treason – and ensuring the final sentence will be the same.

That’s because his treasonous plans and plots which included foreign entities, such as China, and intelligence agencies in other countries – the UK, Australia and New Zealand for instance – the law requires that he be dealt with by a military tribunal – and, going by what they’ve been doing so far at Gitmo and other sites they don’t waste their time.

Civilian courts could take months if not years to reach any conclusion, what with finding an unbiased jury, or going through the multiple options for appeal and eventually getting some final finding by the Supreme Court. Instead, a military tribunal could have it all over and done in a matter of hours.

Given that a tribunal would have all the evidence that has been collected by DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard, and that the DOJ has then found reasons for indictment, there would be no doubt that Obama did what he did. He conspired with the enemy (China) and because of that, a military trial takes precedence over civilian law.

Of course, this has yet to be played out, and Obama’s arrest will no doubt be greeted with shock and horror, and violence, by perhaps millions who already suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

As well, the Deep State has had years to allow hundreds if not thousands of terrorists to invade America, not directly, but by infiltration within the caravans of “refugees” and illegal aliens who were allowed by their millions through America’s southern border.

They are now in cells around the country, already given access to weapons which were also smuggled into America over a period of many years.

So we’re in for yet more turmoil in this country – and if you still live in a city, you have perhaps only a short time to make some serious decisions.
