Those are quotes chosen at random from this video – a fascinating blend of images and script about which one can surely say “you can’t make this stuff up.”
The images alone show us ancient structures, or their remains, that truly augment the script.
It’s so intriguing that after viewing (once or twice) there is much to to be learned – or mystified – by starting from the beinning again, and using the space bar (on a PC or its equivalent) to stop and study individual images, and especially the text.
