It appears to me this is the model for BRICS. I have long thought BRICS is creating the platform for Solon’s dream to manifest, and in the background Trump is involved. Our constitution provides god given sovereignty to ALL people, not just Americans. BRICS is a monetary/trade system based on individual national sovereignty working to identify a national value based exchange.
